Here comes the boring but legal and important stuff. So please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand everything before finalising your order. Please note that by placing an order you are agreeing to all our terms below.
We advise you to update yourself with this page every time you order. This page is accurate as of November 2018.
For any information in regards to your hair, it can be found under the tab of your chosen wig. Please read the information carefully before finalising your order (we do not accept exchange or refunds) to ensure that you get the best out of your new L'B wig . Any images found on LA'BELLO BEAUTY are either the property of LA' BELLO BEAUTY, or used with permission by LA' BELLO BEAUTY. The picture from LA' BELLO BEAUTY should not be used to sell false advertisement. Use of these images are completely prohibited unless written permission has been obtained via an email from LA' BELLO BEAUTY verified email address info@labellobeauty.co.za. If this has not been authorised these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws and any other applicable regulations and statutes.

Labellobeauty.co.za periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). At any time you may unsubscribe to our notices by sending an unsubscribe email to info@labellobeauty.co.za with the title 'unsubscribe'.

We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour.
Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case, your item will be placed on hold whilst one of our L'B gals contacts you to discuss matters further. You may be requested to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping address if different. To avoid this, please ensure your billing and shipping address match.
DELIVERY
We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. You would need to cancel any order placed with the incorrect address and re-order with the correct address within one hour of placing your order.
You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to the incorrect address given.
